On my previous post,I blog about QSTR ,It is a Multi-level marketing aka MLM distributor network who running the system behind.They just don't identified themselves until we pay the bloody hard earned money for the "secret manual".It's a MLM that earning money from new join distributor.Yes it make money,but for me,that's not the way.
What elements a good MLM business should have?
Cultivate Customers
The foundation of any MLM distributorship is customers. not new distributors,not other distributors,but CUSTOMERS.
Building the customer base who love to use your product is a key to MLM success
Why customers?
Because customers generate commissions. It's as simple as that. Without customers we have no business and no money.
Yes, Any downline distributors can be considered customers and you do earn money from their purchases, however that's not the reliable earning source to relay on.
Most of the time a distributor is a customer but that not trully customers,we talk about those who love to use the product and only use the product for their own good not buying it for earn money.
For new distributor,they might not have their own customers and are not earning commissions they tend to struggle with their new joined MLM business.A good MLM company will not require you to buy a lot of things for the poupose of earning more money .
A good MLM will have these two things to their business cultural.
1) Teach you how to use and the benefit of the products, and
2) They're more concern on finding customers who use the product,not the one who sell it (distributor).They know a happy customers will turned to be a distributor.Not from a distributor turn to customer.
Sometimes too much emphasis is placed on finding other distributors and downline business partners. Some people focus almost exclusively on finding other distributors.
But when you focus on finding customers, you will find that many of your customers will BECOME distributors when they understand more about the tremendous leverage of the network marketing business structure.
Also if they are sold FIRST on the products, whether or not they are successful with their own distributorship, they will still be LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
And loyal customers are the TRUE foundation of any strong MLM distributorship.Then we get residual income, Just that simple......
