Is Scour a scam?
I can't say Scour is a scam since it fairly new,It doesn't look like.There are many paid to search scam sites being born over internet. The commons of these scampaid to search(PTS)scam sites is that the search results is from their"paid advertisers"(without mentioning).
It's a waste of time to join those sites since you won't get the actual relevant results from the search.To name few :Like SlashMySearch (gone),Agolco (scam),Surf Junky ( SCAM!).So,the next thing you decide whether the paid to search program is a scam or not just go and check out the search results and the way their paid.
Scour might not earn you any money in short period but it does make sense.

I guess I not going to make big money from Scour (50,000 Rewards points) but i do happy with the service(search results) they have provided.it may work for if you live in the Countries that listed above.
The only downside is In order to aggregating the rank results from 3 search engines, It take Scour user network votes into consideration all in real-time. This causes a slightly longer load time than just using one engine.
