How Do Authors Make Money?
If you have the skills necessary to make a quality files from flash,audio and theme (template design).Just sell your digital work at the Envato marketplaces and made money from it.Note that every items need to get approver before putting on for sales to maintain the overall standard of the sites,once your item is approve for sale, you will receive a percentage of every sale into your account earnings. The percentage you earn begins at 25%, however once you qualify for it, you can choose to sell your items exclusively through the Envato Marketplaces and your percentage will then jump to 35% and increase incrementally up to 50% depending on your sales volume.
When your files sell you can get paid in one of three ways.
- For earnings of less than $50, you can spend your cash on any of the Envato Marketplaces. If your balance is still below $50 after 12 months, you can withdraw the balance to a Paypal account.
- For earnings of more than $50, you can request a payout to a Paypal at any time.
- For earnings of more than $500, you can request a payout by bank cheque or wire transfer.
